How to Play
About the Game
Word Box is a fast-paced two-player word puzzle. Connect adjacent letter tiles to discover words. Each valid word earns points, and the higher score wins the round.
Objective
Search the letter grid and find as many valid words as possible. Longer words earn more points.
Match Flow
A match consists of up to three rounds. Search the grid, connect letters, and submit as many words as possible before the round ends. The player with the higher score wins the round.
Forming Words
Tap and drag across adjacent letter tiles to form a word. Valid words must contain at least 3 letters, and each letter must be adjacent to the previous letter.
Scoring
3 letters: 1 point. 4 letters: 6 points. 5 letters: 8 points. 6 letters: 10 points. 7 letters: 12 points. 8 or more letters: 14 points. Longer words are the key to a higher score.
Bonus Tiles
Some grids contain blue Bonus Tiles. A valid word that includes a Bonus Tile earns an additional 3 points. The number and position of these tiles can vary between boards.
Winning the Match
The first player to win two rounds wins the match.
